The PHP Open Doors, is an event developed by Landing.jobs with the aim of decreasing the distance between Netherland-based companies and international tech talent.
The ratio between supply and demand for PHP tech talent means that many companies look outside of the Netherlands for talent. However, the opportunity that hiring international talent offers is often hindered by remote recruitment processes and the challenges of relocation for talent. Hence, it can be difficult to find companies that are willing to invest the necessary time in hiring international talent.
This is where Landing.jobs wants to take action. With our increasing presence in the Dutch market, we want to remove some of the constraints associated with the relocation recruitment processes – not only by selecting 6 top-notch companies that are willing to invest time in hiring international talent, but also through flying our top 30 candidates to meet them in person. At the same time, spending half a day in Amsterdam, in Utrecht and in Rotterdam visiting the companies’ offices, will enable our candidates to see if working and living in the Netherlands is for them. Always with the goal of helping individuals take ownership of their professional careers in mind, the Landing team will provide two days of intense group interviews, collaboration and learning.
